Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to £35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people. Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners— a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI‑first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With 100,000+ users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data‑driven decision‑making for service firms.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Migrations & Customer Marketing) to own how we communicate with and support customers during platform migrations. This is a hands‑on, senior marketing role focused on guiding existing customers through change — ensuring migrations feel clear, well‑managed, and confidence‑building. You will work closely with the Migrations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams to deliver structured communication, education, and engagement programmes that reduce friction and increase adoption. This role reports into the Marketing / Growth leadership team.

What Your Main Focus Will Be

  • Customer Migration Communications
    • Own end‑to‑end communication strategy for customer migrations
    • Develop clear email journeys, landing pages, FAQs, and guides
    • Ensure customers understand what is changing, when, and why
  • Customer Education & Events
    • Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, and education sessions
    • Support small in‑person or virtual customer events
    • Create enablement materials to support onboarding and transition
  • Lifecycle Marketing & Engagement
    • Design structured customer journeys within HubSpot
    • Track engagement and progression through migration stages
    • Identify at‑risk accounts and optimise messaging accordingly
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Customer Success and Product Migrations team
    • Align messaging with product updates and roadmap developments
    • Act as the marketing connector across internal teams
    • Track attendance, content engagement, MQLs, and adoption signals
    • Continuously improve communications based on insight and feedback

Customers feel informed, supported, and confident during migrations. High webinar attendance and engagement rates. Reduced confusion and friction during platform transitions. Strong collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. A repeatable, scalable migration marketing playbook.

Experience Required

  • Extensive amount of experience within B2B or SaaS marketing role
  • Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or platform communications
  • Strong event and webinar delivery experience
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growth SaaS environment

You are comfortable:

  • Owning both strategy and execution
  • Operating independently in a lean team
  • Communicating clearly during periods of change
  • Balancing empathy with commercial outcomes
  • Experience in SaaS migrations or onboarding marketing
  • Exposure to acquisitions or platform consolidations
  • Experience in FSM, CAFM, or facilities management industries

Company Values

  • Obsession with Customers: We focus on solving real operational problems and delivering meaningful value.
  • Accountability: We take ownership of outcomes and hold ourselves to high standards.
  • Rethink Tomorrow: We embrace innovation and continuously improve.
