Multipurpose facility with 24 hour emergency care, 5 sub-acute beds, 9 residential aged care beds, community nursing, day centre as well as visiting medical specialists and allied health.
We also oversee a community health clinic on truwana/Cape Barren Island that provides community and emergency care for this remote aboriginal community.

The Position- Lead and mentor nursing and care staff across Flinders and Cape Barren Islands.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with both aged care and hospital quality and safety standards.
- Manage staff rosters and resource allocation.
- Drive quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice.
- Support staff development through coaching and providing professional growth opportunities.
