Permanent, full-time (flexible / part-time considered)
Salary: £42,876 – £54,321 + excellent benefits
We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to play a key role in delivering high-quality tenders and driving business growth across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end tendering and bid process on projects up to £5M
- Preparing accurate cost plans, estimates, and Bills of Quantities
- Managing CVRs, forecasts, and project financial performance
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions
- Negotiating with the supply chain to secure best value
- Overseeing valuations, applications, and final accounts
- Representing the business in client meetings and tender interviews
- Driving innovation, efficiency, and commercial growth strategies
- Promoting best practice across health, safety, and sustainability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying / Estimating within construction (new build & refurbishment)
- Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
- Experience managing CVRs, forecasting, and project financials
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Degree or HNC (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- Full UK driving licence & CSCS card
