Key Responsibilities: * Lead Quality Initiatives: Take charge of all aspects of quality, supporting the company’s accreditations and compliance. * Welding Coordination: Act as the Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), overseeing welding procedures, inspections, and staff qualifications. * Audit Preparation: Get the business ready for external audits while maintaining accurate quality documentation. * Develop Talent: Coach and develop staff, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence. * Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions as necessary. * Collaborate: Maintain close communication with production and welding teams to uphold quality standards. About You: * Experience: You have prior experience in Quality Management within engineering or manufacturing. * Knowledge: You’re well-versed in BS EN 1090, ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and ISO 9606-1. * Skills: You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of quality processes. * RWC Experience: While experience as an RWC is advantageous, we’re open to providing the necessary training for the right candidate.
