What you’ll do:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on a wide range of vehicles.
- Carry out servicing, inspections, and repairs to DVSA road-worthiness standards.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to solve problems efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance including brakes, suspension, steering, tyres, and air-conditioning.
- Conduct safety checks and road tests to ensure quality.
- Keep accurate job records and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairs.
- Confidence using diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
