With a competitive £25,000 basic salary and realistic £40,000 on-target earnings, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm (1 weekday off)
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (rota basis)

This role requires a professional approach, smart personal presentation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers, understand their requirements, and build lasting relationships
  • Become fully knowledgeable about our vehicle range, finance options, and additional products
  • Match customers with the right vehicle and maximise sales opportunities through add-ons and services
  • Arrange and conduct engaging test drives
  • Manage enquiries across walk-ins, phone, and online channels
  • Follow up leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the dealership with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Sales experience with a history of achieving targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and adaptable in a busy environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience selling finance or insurance products (advantageous but not essential)
