We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to play a key role in delivering high-quality tenders and driving business growth across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end tendering and bid process on projects up to £5M
  • Preparing accurate cost plans, estimates, and Bills of Quantities
  • Managing CVRs, forecasts, and project financial performance
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant submissions
  • Negotiating with the supply chain to secure best value
  • Overseeing valuations, applications, and final accounts
  • Representing the business in client meetings and tender interviews
  • Driving innovation, efficiency, and commercial growth strategies
  • Promoting best practice across health, safety, and sustainability

Requirements:
