Location: Split between sites in Redruth and Exeter
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Starting from 40,000+ (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting tendering activities across multiple projects
- Producing accurate and competitive cost estimates
- Working closely with buyers, commercial teams, and operational staff
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within civils / groundworks
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Relevant qualification (degree preferred but not essential with experience)
- Willingness to travel between Redruth and Exeter sites
