The Role

About You
- Experience in a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior care leadership role
- NVQ Level 4/5 or willingness to work towards it
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
- A confident leader who can motivate, support, and develop teams
- Passion for delivering high-quality dementia care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, person-centred approach
