Key Responsibilities * Leading and supporting care teams to deliver outstanding care * Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements * Promoting a positive and supportive culture for both residents and staff * Building strong relationships with residents, relatives and external professionals * Supporting recruitment, training and staff development * Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards throughout the service * What We're Looking For * Previous leadership or management experience within a care home setting * A strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred approaches * Excellent communication and people management skills * A genuine passion for improving the lives of older people * Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice within the care sector * Relevant Health & Social Care qualifications, or willingness to work towards them * What You Can Expect * * In return, you will be joining an established and supportive organisation that is committed to investing in its people.
