We are hiring an Insurance Agent to advise clients on insurance products and close new policies. The role combines consultative selling with insurance expertise — building trust quickly and matching products to real needs.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach
- Conduct needs analysis with prospects across personal lines (auto, home, life, health)
- Quote and present policy options tailored to each client's situation
- Close new business and maintain a pipeline of renewals and referrals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet activity and sales targets
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
- Active insurance license in your jurisdiction (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or equivalent)
- 2+ years in insurance sales or financial services sales
- Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills
- Familiarity with insurance CRM and quoting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a track record in commission-based environments
- A high-output mindset and comfort with quota-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication, including objection handling
- Resilience and the ability to bounce back from rejection quickly
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
