We are Vilgain - a Czech lovebrand that is changing the way people think about food, health and lifestyle. We do things honestly, with heart, and with high standards for ourselves and for quality. Right now, we're looking for a Store Manager who will launch our first new store in London and turn it into a place people will love coming back to - not only because of the products, but because of the atmosphere.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Launching and managing a new store.
- Developing and leading the team - motivating people, planning shifts and organizing daily work.
- Managing product orders, freshness checks, write-offs and stock replenishment - ensuring everything runs smoothly and without gaps.
- Strong attention to detail - from product presentation to cleanliness and the overall store atmosphere.
- Creating an outstanding customer experience - from product recommendations to inspiring customers on how to eat healthier.
How we'll know you're the right fit:
- You have retail experience, and sales skills are one of your strengths.
- You are proactive by nature - you like to stay active and don't just sit around waiting for things to happen.
- You have led a store for at least 2 years and understand how retail works.
- You have strong communication skills and can support customers throughout their shopping journey.
- You have a keen eye for detail, quickly identifying even the smallest discrepancies and always striving to ensure everything is accurate and polished.
- You understand commercial principles and can use data insights to make informed decisions.
- You are a leader who leads by example - you take ownership of the store and the team and know how to bring out the best in both.
