Responsible to: Head of Digital Marketing

As part of the Marketing, Communications and Bid team at Isio, a progressive advisory firm, this is a critical role supporting the fast-paced growth ambitions of the business. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate interest and demand for Isio’s products and services across the business.

Department

The role is part of a marketing communications and bid team working in close alignment with business divisional leaders to drive new business opportunities. The team is a fully integrated and valued component of our Isio strategy playing a key role in developing and delivering the firm’s strategy with an integrated approach to sales and marketing.

Objective

Facilitate acquisition business growth using a mixture of digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis to attract and nurture new customers. This role will involve working closely with core stakeholders in the business, other central support functions and alongside colleagues across the marketing, communications and bid team to lead and manage demand generation campaigns.

What does the role entail?

  • This role encompasses the development and execution of demand generation campaigns across the marketing mix to drive new lead opportunities.
  • It will be responsible for generating high quality leads, nurturing prospects and optimising the sales funnel.
  • Developing and implementing Demand and Lead generation campaigns via paid search, paid social and other acquisition channels to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and ongoing campaign optimisation to improve lead quality, reduce cost per lead and deliver agreed pipeline generation targets.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to create compelling content for multiple channels including email, social and digital advertising.
  • Working to understand buyer audiences, preferences and engagement strategies.
  • Managing creative campaign assets connecting with audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance in regulated markets across all campaigns.
  • Analysing campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategies.
  • Deliver measurable growth in marketing sourced pipeline, MQLs, SQLs and revenue opportunities through acquisition marketing, while assisting with lead scoring and nurture workflows.

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing & demand/Lead generation campaign roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, SEO, PPC and social media advertising.
  • Experience managing significant B2B lead generation budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and paid digital channels with clear evidence of pipeline and lead generation performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to be part of a wider marketing team in support of organizational growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in financial services or professional services sectors, with preferable wealth and investment experience.
  • Strong understanding of long sales cycles, multiple stakeholder decision making, ABM approaches and relationship led B2B, B2B2C and B2C models.
