- Indicium AI are looking for an experienced
AI & Data Delivery Manager to lead and scale high-impact AI and data engagements for our customers.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-million-pound, multi-workstream, multi-geography initiatives, balancing technical excellence, commercial success, and long-term customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex AI and data engagements, ensuring best practices in technical programme management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee a portfolio of data and AI engagements, balancing resources, priorities, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Own the full engagement lifecycle—from pre-sales support and engagement shaping to roadmap definition, execution oversight, and post-delivery transition.
- Partner with customers to deeply understand their business challenges and deliver solutions that drive measurable transformation and long-term success.
- Ensure that AI and data solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices for security, fairness, explainability, and compliance
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Facilitate high performing cross-functional teams, including Indicium AI employees, contractors, partners, and customer personnel, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Contribute to Indicium AI’s thought leadership, developing best practices, methodologies, and reusable frameworks to enhance our delivery capabilities.
- Ensure engagements are commercially successful, managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability while maximizing value for customers.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including technical risks, data privacy concerns, scope creep, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Ensure AI and data initiatives adhere to industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise governance best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading £2M+ multi-workstream AI and data transformation engagements, ideally involving complex, mission-critical, or multi-region deployments.
- Technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI/ML deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking approaches to large-scale data and AI initiatives
- Expertise in change management, including technology adoption, organisational transformation, and cultural change
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of AI/ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
- Consulting or technology delivery experience, preferably within Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare industries.
