As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business-critical transformation projects that shape the future of our organisation.

As Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the successful delivery of transformational change projects within our Programme Delivery team.

You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards, while aligning outcomes to our strategic objectives.

You'll help shape project direction, establish effective governance, manage risk and dependencies, and ensure change is adopted successfully and sustainably across the organisation.

Brand project experience is particularly important for this role.

We're looking for someone who has successfully led a company rebrand, brand refresh or brand repositioning programme, balancing multiple workstreams and supporting adoption across the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead transformational projects from initiation through to completion
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines and success measures.
  • Establish effective governance and ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, suppliers and partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to turn requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Support change adoption, communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned across projects.

Qualifications

  • What you'll bring
  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading brand transformation programmes, including rebrand, refresh or repositioning work.
  • A track record of coordinating multiple workstreams across brand, technology, people and process.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies.
  • Strong planning, budget and resource management capability.
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile PM (preferred).
