As part of our front-line customer services team, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, helping with order status queries, password resets, back-order updates, and order processing. • Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day administration, including checking order progress, tracking deliveries, and providing proof of delivery documents when requested.
  • Assisting with raising orders and processing credits, working closely with colleagues in the Finance Team to resolve any queries.
  • Collaborating with other Customer Service team members, providing support during busy periods and helping to cover colleagues when they are away.
  • Keeping customers updated with accurate and timely information, ensuring they receive a positive and professional service at all times.

About you:

  • Strong communication skills both in writing and in person, with customers and colleagues.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional over the phone, with the ability to listen carefully and respond appropriately to queries or concerns.
  • An eye for detail, taking pride in getting things right the first time and noticing the small details.
  • A positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude, solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while staying focused, organised, and composed.
  • Good time management, ability to meet deadlines consistently, and know how to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
  • Flexible and open to change, able to adjust to shifting priorities as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfortable navigating online tools and systems.
