About the company: For over 100 years our client has been a leading light within the industry and has achieved many industry accolades along the way. Sustained organic growth has led the company to its current position of over 150 members of staff and an annual turnover of £75 million. Typical projects our client works on are valued between £100,000 and £50 million, with the small works team taking on projects between £100,000 & £3 million. They typically work on 10-12 projects at any one time with the ability to work on 2 major projects (£40 million – 50 million). They work on a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across super prime residential, educational & Commercial sectors. Over the years the super prime residential side of the business has increased to be responsible for 40% of the company’s turnover. About the Role: Our client is looking to hire a Small Works Director to head up a new division and new area for the business. After 100 years of successful work within Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire my client is looking to open a new office within the London market. They are looking to start this project through small works (Projects between £100,000 & £3 million) and grow from there. Due to this, they are looking for a Small Works Director to head up and build the team. They will require someone who established within the London market and used to working on high-end residential projects. About the benefits and rewards: The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between £90,000 & £110,000.
