Based in their gorgeous offices near London Bridge, they are looking for a true all-rounder, who can wear many hats and be the lynchpin to their close-knit team of 22 people. Not only will you be supporting them with traditional EA duties, but you will take ownership of various projects and be the first point of call in the office as you ensure everything runs smoothly as the sole support. They are a firm that truly looks after their employees, with great benefits and quarterly lunches and social drinks. Your responsibilities will include: Manage and maintain the Founder’s diaries and schedules Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, etc. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Project management Office and event management HR and people administration The ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative, a positive attitude, and a wealth of EA and operations experience, having previously worked within a fast-paced startup company.
