Where you’ll shine: People Growth Strategy: Shape and execute a people growth strategy that supports UP3’s scale-up journey. Partner with leadership to ensure the people agenda is aligned with business objectives, enabling continued & sustainable growth. Talent Attraction, Development & Retention: Develop innovative approaches to attract, nurture, and retain top talent, ensuring that we remain competitive in a fast-changing market. Build clear career progression paths and invest in employee development initiatives to enable personal and professional growth. Culture, Values & Ethics: Act as the guardian of UP3’s culture, ensuring that it reflects our values and ethics. Build a strong sense of community, foster trust and collaboration, and ensure the workplace is inspiring, fun, and productive. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure UP3 is a truly equitable environment. Develop strategies to attract a diverse talent pool and promote inclusivity across all levels of the organisation. Design and implement initiatives that enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being and boost employee engagement across the business. Your Expertise: Proven Experience: You’ve worked in a fast-scaling business, supporting growth from £10 million to £50 million turnover. People Leadership: Strong experience in creating and executing people strategies with a focus on growth, talent development, and culture. Cultural Champion: A true advocate for diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. You understand how to build a culture where people feel valued, included, and empowered to succeed. Growth Mindset: You’re adaptable, forward-thinking, and driven to innovate. You thrive in dynamic environments and are excited by the challenge of scaling a business. Leadership Development: A track record of developing and mentoring leaders, ensuring that leadership is aligned with company values and business strategy.
