THE SEARCH Altus Partners is proud to be working with a prominent growth buyout fund investing across the UK. This fund is sector-agnostic, with a focus for this role on Business Services and Technology companies, including tech-enabled services and software. They typically deploy equity cheques of up to ~£50m, targeting high-growth businesses. Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a pivotal role in origination and deal execution, leveraging your sector expertise and established network. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private equity professional to have a tangible impact on investments and portfolio growth. THE ROLE: Originate and identify new investment opportunities across the UK. Take the lead on deal execution, including structuring and negotiations. Monitor and drive performance across a portfolio of high-potential companies. Contribute to and develop the fund’s investment strategy. Engage and collaborate with junior team members and other stakeholders, providing guidance and leadership. THE REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking candidates with: A proven track record of originating and leading private equity deals, including successful exits. Strong expertise in Business Services and/or Technology sectors, with a relevant network. The ability to confidently manage and mentor junior team members, alongside excellent stakeholder management.
