Head of Rail / Blue Collar Recruitment – Waterloo, London SE1

We are seeking a Head of Rail Sector, with the potential to progress to Associate Director and then Equity Director.

Salary: £46,000 – £58,000 plus bonus

Location: Waterloo, London, SE1

Region: London

To qualify, you should have experience managing and establishing a blue collar rail maintenance division within a recruitment company.

With Pinnacle Recruitment’s expansion, we are opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1, and this role is based in London.

We aim to establish a Rail Maintenance and Safety Critical team within Pinnacle, supported by comprehensive insurances, accreditations, and all necessary tools and systems.
