Head of eDiscovery vacancy Location: London (3 days in office – hybrid WFH) Our client is an international firm, and the role requires experience working with overseas offices, particularly US offices. You will have both commercial and technical experience. This role is akin to running your own eDiscovery business, acting as the point of contact for all commercial aspects, client liaison, partner liaison, sales business development and marketing, financial profit and loss, budgets, as well as technical escalation and project team management. This role may suit someone who has worked in a similar position within a law firm, a Big4, or other large eDiscovery provider at a similar level, or perhaps someone who has done this while also running their own business. You will be technically adept and have a good knowledge of the full EDRM. You will have strong Relativity and Relativity Analytics (ideally with certifications). You will ideally have experience with consultancy/service providers and law firms (having both is a nice to have). You will have an understanding of TAR, CAL, Predictive coding, etc. This is a hands-on technical role, point of escalation, and managerial role (the team structure means that only a few more senior staff report directly, but there is a dotted line from this role to the rest of the team). Liaising with senior internal stakeholders, management, and external clients. Desirable: SQL, Python, and good knowledge of other eDiscovery tools for review, data processing, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
