THE ROLE: This highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its national Corporate practice. Based out of the London office, you will support the expanding team by overseeing a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. A significant portion of the work will have international elements.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm, with a strong background in transactional work. You should be confident managing transactions with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong technical expertise, exceptional drafting and communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development. Experience in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors, along with familiarity with investment rounds, venture capital funds, and VC-backed businesses, would be highly advantageous.
