You’ll be joining a close-knit team all based in London, who work seamlessly with trusted international firms across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Africa. The team is led by experienced partners with outstanding reputations in mid-market M&A and cross-border deals.
The Work
The practice covers a wide array of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (public and private)
- Private equity investments and fundraisings
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Corporate reorganisations and governance advice
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
The team advises on deals typically valued between £10m and £100m and is frequently recognised in The Legal 500 and Chambers for its work in this space.
Client Base
You’ll work with a high-quality client base that includes:
- High-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses
- Private equity and investment funds
- Sovereign wealth funds and publicly listed companies
Sectors include technology, real estate, financial and professional services, energy, and media & telecoms.
