The Firm
A boutique, forward-thinking West End law firm is recruiting for a Senior Associate with 6+ PQE to join their established Commercial Technology team, known for expertise in complex and high-value transactions.
The Role:
You will advise clients across sectors including media, sports, leisure, travel, entertainment, and creative industries. Your responsibilities will include working on general commercial contracts, corporate transactions, technology contracts (licensing and development agreements), distribution arrangements, franchising, and outsourcing. You will also advise on IP matters, including contentious IP issues related to alleged copyright and trademark infringement.
About You:
- You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ PQE, possessing proven experience in commercial, tech, and digital matters.
