A Large Facilities Management company with 18,000 Employees is now looking for a CIO reporting to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets of £60-100 Million and an ORACLE to SAP transformation project.
You will be responsible for overseeing both our IT operations (BAU) function and IT transformation programme. You must have the ability to inspire and lead, engaging with a multi-stakeholder community at all levels to bring about change.
You will be responsible for developing and driving the company’s IT and software solution strategy to win bids, achieve profit targets, and other key performance indicators.
As IT Director, you will be responsible for the performance of the relevant teams that will drive new business growth by establishing work schedules, managing, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating performance to ensure that company commitments are being fulfilled. You will constantly challenge established methods and look to drive new ideas.
Must have experience of dealing with Board Level Members.
