As a Vodafone Business Trade Compliance & Sanctions (TCS) Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations align with global trade regulations, helping to shape a compliance-led culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and integrity.What you\’ll doProvide expert technical advisory services on trade controls and sanctions compliance to Vodafone Business stakeholders.Build and maintain key relationships across Vodafone Business to manage trade control risks, including presenting insights to senior stakeholders.Review exports for compliance with global trade regulations, assist with licensing applications, and support regulatory reporting.Implement Vodafone Group\’s trade and sanctions compliance policies and controls including risk assessments, due diligence, and high-risk relationship management.Collaborate with Group Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of Vodafone Business TCS data into the wider Compliance Management System.Who you areA compliance professional with at least five years\’ experience in trade controls and sanctions.A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills, particularly at a senior level.Skilled in assessing risks and implementing compliance strategies in complex business environments.Able to work independently, managing priorities in a fast-paced, multinational organisation.Hold a relevant degree in law, accounting, or a related field, with a professional compliance qualification such as ICA being an advantage.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don\’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
