Call Charles (Charlotte Dingle) on 07771784464, or phone the office on 0117 342 9741 and ask for one of the Band 7s.Within this role, you will support the delivery of a specialist rehabilitation service in the therapy gym at South Bristol Community Hospital – working across the two pathways of Older Person’s Rehabilitation and Outpatient Neurology Service.Unique benefits to working in this team include:• Support by highly skilled and experienced qualified therapists and specialist band 7’s• Supportive, integrated team working• Robust in-service training programme• Protected, regular clinical supervision and annual appraisals• Participation in service development and QI projects• Support to attend appropriate external training courses• Wellbeing sessions and shared lunches• Exemption from weekend and bank holiday workingThe service is currently trialling two different programs of service delivery to determine whether a 4 day or 5-day service is best for our patients and staff. As a new member of staff you will be part of this project, collecting data and contributing to the decision regarding the future of the service.
