Your technical input will cover NHBC Standards, primarily focusing on weather resistance, including checking design elements like walls, roofs, cladding finishes, parapets, cavity trays, and basement waterproofing.You will collaborate with builder customers and their design teams to provide knowledge and technical advice on NHBC Standards, design codes, and relevant areas to guide them towards compliant solutions acceptable to NHBC. You will also coordinate projects, set up inspection regimes, support inspectors, and attend meetings (which may be via Microsoft Teams).This role is home-based with flexibility and a good work/life balance.
