You will be part of a larger multi-disciplinary hub who works collaboratively with each other and the family to deliver a whole family approach and keeping vulnerable adults and children safe within their communities.As, an Out of Hours service, you will be required to work a shift pattern to respond to the demands of the service. Your working pattern will include a variety of evenings, weekends, overnights shifts and bank holidays for which enhancements will be paid in line with the Hampshire County Council salary policy.
