We’re hiring a well-connected private-hire specialist to build and manage a vetted subcontractor panel. While coverage will be UK-wide, the initial emphasis is London and the South-East.What will you be doingSource & sign partners: Leverage your UK PHV network (incl. WAV/minibus) to secure regional coverage; negotiate rate cards and volumes.Plan capacity: Maintain a live map of coverage by region/vehicle type; pre-book surge and protect peak periods.Assure performance: Hold partners to consistent standards (document checks, daily vehicle checks, geofenced arrived/completed, incident reporting); track KPIs and CAPA.Be the connector: Work with Operations, Quality/Safeguarding, Data Protection, Fleet/IT and Finance to keep partners compliant and delivery-ready.What you will bringA deep UK PHV network and a track record of spinning up subcontracted capacity quickly.Hands-on experience onboarding and managing PHV operators for public-sector or other critical services.Working knowledge of operator licensing and local-authority requirements; comfortable with safeguarding expectations and basic data-sharing.Familiarity with modern dispatch & telematics platforms.Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and calm delivery under time pressure.Nice to haveExperience with transport aggregators (e.g., CMAC, Karhoo, Transferz) or multi-lot national contracts.Exposure to ISO-aligned assurance and corrective action planning.What success looks likeTime-to-onboard: ≤ 10 working days from first contact to “live & compliant”. #J-18808-Ljbffr
