This role will focus on managing and optimizing structured product data for JD.com’s cross-border e-commerce platforms. You will work at the forefront of global e-commerce development, collaborating with a dynamic and international team across multiple geographies and cultures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global product content standards, establishing a robust, multilingual product information management system to enhance the consistency and quality of product listings across international platforms.Monitor product data quality and analyse user behaviour to continuously improve content display and the customer experience.Build and maintain a centralised standard product database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to streamline product onboarding and management across multiple country sites.Ensure all product information practices are compliant with relevant UK and international data protection and e-commerce regulations, including GDPR and consumer rights legislation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years experience in e-commerce product data management. Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of multilingual product data management and international product content standards. Experience with automated or intelligent product information processing is advantageous.Proficient in data analysis and familiar with PIM or similar systems. Able to collaborate effectively with technical teams to deliver system improvements.Excellent written and verbal English skills.
