Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality.Job SummaryThe Sr. Digital Optimization analyst is responsible for leveraging data (primarily website and app) to analyze user behavior and monitor the performance of our digital experiences across key touchpoints in the user journey. This role focuses on driving incremental improvement and growth by enhancing user experiences, boosting content engagement, improving conversion, and increasing revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, has a talent for data storytelling, and can present actionable insights to inform digital experience strategies.Essential FunctionsProvide analytical support for strategic and tactical initiatives, which may include creating models, defining methodology , determining variables, sourcing data (web, app, marketing, survey, customer/sales), validating data, analyzing risk, and providing succinct recommendations.Develop a thorough understanding of our data warehouse and play an active role in planning for future marketing data needs.A/B testing website campaigns, analyzing key digital metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase web and app engagement and conversion performance.Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.Creating and maintaining dashboards, data visualizations, and survey and website performance reports.Monitoring and analyzing digital behavior and marketing trends.Strong c ommunicat ion and present ation skills with colleagues, managers, and senior leadership.Competency5+ years of experience working with hospitality brands at a leading consultancy, agency, or in-house marketing teamBachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required .
