Work with both site and office teams to raise the profile of social value and engage with colleagues across the business to present key information and share best practice.Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:Support the project team from the tender stage to identify and agree environmental, social value requirements and opportunities to be targeted. Support the project management team and liaise with labour team to deliver the project people strategy to provide recruitment, training and development opportunities for the local community.Manage a wide network of both internal and external stakeholders. As the point of contact between Freedom, our customers and external bodies, organise and deliver social value activities that provide true benefit. Represent Freedom in the region at relevant working groups. Establish an effective and engaging presence across social media platforms, work with the Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness of social value activities.Establish local contacts to develop and grow relationships within Freedom and beyond, that support social value agendas. Work with Schools, Colleges, Charities, not-for-profit organisations and other relevant bodies across the region to build relationships and identify social value opportunities.Engage with procurement team to ensure social value deliverables are embedded within the supply chain and provide subject matter expertise to supply chain providers where necessary.Work with Group Responsibility and L&D teams to maximise the potential of social value investment across the business.Manage and coordinate relevant activities to map, monitor, report and evidence all elements of performance relating to project-led social value KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, identifying and recording all social value activities for both internal and external audiences.Support other project SLT members by providing accurate and timely metrics for inclusion in both internal and external reporting templates.Work with colleagues in the project team to identify and organise social value activities. Provide environmental, social value leadership and guidance to ensure that the Net Positive message is apparent throughout the project activities and support personnel to understand their specific Net Positive strategy responsibilities and address any environmental or social value matters causing a concern.What we’re looking for :Has a clear vision of where to go and the ability to articulate it.
