We have an amazing opportunity for a Skills For Life Tutor. You will plan and deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences for young people with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, which are aligned to their personal goals and aspirations, enabling them to fulfil their potential.Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:Educated to degree level or equivalent substantial experience in a teaching roleRecognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PCET or equivalent)A minimum of two years of teaching experience within a specialist settingExperience and understanding of trauma-informed practiceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to drive a minibus to enable a broad curriculum offer and enrichment experience for learners (preferably D1 category or willingness to work towards)You will receive:20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
