Maintaining test automation, including selecting appropriate tools, configuring environments, and integrating with version control systems.Develop and execute high-quality test plans efficiently on RDK stacks while leveraging automation and tooling to detect defects quickly and ensure the reliability of test coverages. (BDD and Test Automation)Explore advanced topics such as test data management, scenario refactoring, and integrating BDD with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. (BDD and Test Automation)Collaboration and Communication Skills – Practice agile methodologies to enhance teamwork and productivity. Participate in cross-functional activities such as joint sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings to foster alignment and shared understanding across teams.What You’ll BringExperience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g Java, Javascript, Python, Selenium, Robot Framework) for automating broadband testing process.Strong proficiency in different testing approaches such as functional testing, performance testing (throughput, latency, jitter), stress testing, regression testing, and security testing.Strong DevOps Practices experience where you will provide Full Lifecycle Ownership, Comprehensive Solutioning. Observability and Oversight, Process Optimisation, Collaboration and Integration and Operationalisation.Deep knowledge of various broadband technologies including DOCSIS (3.0, 3.1, 4.0), Fiber (GPON, EPON, XGS-PON), DSL (ADSL, VDSL), and Wireless (LTE, 5G) , Wifi (2.4, 5, 6) bands.Knowledge of Dual Band router – Wifi protocols, MapT IP Translator and Networking.Strong BDD and Test Automation and Infrastructure experience. Good understanding of Business-Driven Development Strategy.Fully familiar with automation tools and frameworks for test development, execution and reporting.Strong Reliability Engineering and Test Coverage Optimisation.
