This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of core insurance platforms, supporting the delivery of high-performing, customer-centric solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across insurance systems.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in preparing test data and environments.Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and regulatory requirements.Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospective.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experienceISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent is preferred.Additional course or certification in Quality AssuranceEssential SkillsStrong working knowledge of Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of API testing and data validation techniques.ExperienceProven experience as a Software Tester within the London Market Insurance domainExperience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, SoapUI)Experience working in
