Understands business processes and participates in configuration, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).Essential Job FunctionsGather and analyze user business requirements and processes. Define and document requirements, validate solutions with the client, and develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.Configure/customize SAP to meet business requirements, including settings, security, and reporting.Understand impacted processes, reporting, and user interfaces, acting as SME.Identify modifications, recommend, and implement changes.Support SAP WM/eWM functions, communicate with technical teams, and resolve functional issues.Provide end-user training and support junior team members.Basic Qualifications5+ years of SAP WM/eWM experience in business solutions or analysis.Experience with SAP modules related to SAP eWM/WM.Experience supporting business process changes and improvements.SAP certification or willingness to obtain it.Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.Other Desired SkillsStrong communication and analysis skills.Experience in testing scenarios.Verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving skills in an ERP environment.Presentation skills.Proficiency with business solutions software.Professional demeanor and client interaction skills.Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Training and mentorship experience (desirable).Work from home with occasional client meetings and possible after-hours work.ClearanceUK Nationals only (dual nationality not accepted). #J-18808-Ljbffr
