You’ll work in close partnership with PMs, Engineers and Researchers—and report directly to our Head of Product Design.You’ll help shape how our product works, feels, and solves real-world problems for our customers.Drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience in one or more high-impact areas of the product—measurably improving user satisfaction, reducing friction, or unlocking business growth.Influence product direction by identifying and framing problems worth solving, leading and setting the bar for discovery efforts, contributing to strategy and finding the real customer need.Raise the bar for design at Soldo by mentoring teammates, levelling up our skills & critical thinking methods by evangelising a Design Thinking approach across the organisation.
