This is a genuine opportunity to make impact – and leave real legacy.The main purpose of this role is to work in both a technical & functional capacity to deliver new enhancements and functionality using the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP suite which is used globally by the practice. The role will also involve an element of system support, internal consulting and stakeholder engagement.The successful candidate will assist the Business Systems Manager/Business Systems Team leader in gathering requirements in Delivering functionality and product which meets the needs to the practice.ResponsibilitiesTechnical delivery of system enhancement, improvement and functionality projects;Identify areas of opportunity for future enhancement within the Deltek VantagePoint ERP product suites.As required, work with other internal systems project teams to ensure tighter data sharing, reduce duplication, inefficiency, and interface translation requirements.Provide support and assistance regarding the systems implications of business process change.Enforce governance around QA, change management, documentation of solutions, and maintain a knowledge base, ensuring release and reference documentation is stored in a central repository.Good all round IT Knowledge;Experience of working on and supporting ERP systems (preferably Deltek Vantagepoint)Ability to create, document and implement solutions based on a set of requirements.Have a clear understanding of the ERP support systems and how we can use it to our advantage;Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and an ability to effectively liaise with 3rd parties to deliver solutions;Prioritise workload based on severity and impact to customer and demonstrate a sense of urgency when handling ticketsWrite test scripts and help to ensure quality of solution prior to user acceptance testingTest and document patches/ bug fixes before they are deployed to the live environmentMonitoring and managing interfacesExperience with integrations, point solutions and/or other ERPs;Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A levels, HND/C or degree;What we offer youBring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world’s most respected consultancies.Hybrid working arrangements.Attractive salary and benefits package including, private medical insurance, life assurance and income protection.Holiday entitlement of 25 days per annum (exclusive of bank holidays) and flexible holiday arrangements.Generous company pension scheme.Flexible benefits including cycle scheme, dental insurance, optical cover, travel insurance, season ticket loans, and corporate discounts.Enhanced parenthood leave policies.3pm finish on the last Friday of the month.A strong commitment to your continuous development.
