HertfordshireREF: 10108An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rural Estate Manager to lead and develop the rural portfolio of the Hatfield Park Estate, part of Gascoyne Estates, which also includes the Cranborne Estate in Dorset, and London property interests.Reporting to the Hatfield Estate Director, and working closely with other department heads, you will lead a small team to manage the Estate’s rural assets and operations, drive innovation, identify new revenue opportunities and ensure alignment with Gascoyne’s wider strategic objectives.The role involves managing the tenanted rural property including six let farms and a significant portfolio of wayleaves, easements and grazing paddocks, overseeing forestry and mineral operations, environmental management, renewable energy projects, and two in-hand shoots. It also includes supporting wider development and diversification initiatives and addressing land law matters.
