In this exciting role, you will be supporting our customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through their implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You\’ll play a crucial part in empowering OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.Your key responsibilities will include supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live, delivering custom solution-based support, and offering expert consulting to both partners and internal teams. We\’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, make quick, sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with financial close and consolidation processes—particularly in account reconciliations and transaction matching—is essential for this role.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage in Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.Provide the customer with post project go live support and consulting, tasks might include but are not limited to:Troubleshooting data discrepancies and analysis of consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas and business rules.Building reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes.Assist during customer transition.Building Integrations.Gathering of business requirements as necessary regarding application support requests.Work with application focused team members to apply knowledge of OneStream product and features to support the customer’s business.Create Knowledge Base documentation, to further develop best practices.Focus on business level initiatives, engaging with customers and partners to drive application-focused success.Submit reports of product issues on behalf of the customer and/or partner via defined processes.Assist in User Application Testing (UAT) of future OneStream software releases and custom CSRC Solutions.Tracking tasks accomplished, time spent, and milestones completed using defined tools.Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open case/issue with customer or partner.Help build and test content for Trainings (lunch and learns, internal trainings, etc.), events and conferences.Required Education and ExperienceDegree in a field such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.Financial Consolidations Experience1+ year of relevant experience (i.e. Corporate Performance Management (CPM)/financial software implementations and/or development, financial/accounting systems, systems admin or consulting)Preferred Education and ExperienceA professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology).Experience with Database Management Systems (SQL, Oracle, Essbase, etc).Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g. VB.net,Visual Basic or C# )Experience with Corporate/Enterprise performance management (CPM/EPM) software products including, but not limited to:OneStreamSAP BPC (Outlooksoft), SAP BOFC (Cartesis)HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FDM (Financial Data Quality Management), Upstream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion EssbaseIBM CognosAnaplanOther CPM/EPM solutionsData/System Integration DevelopmentTravelTravel Requirements: 10-15% amount of travel required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrate Consulting principles in daily work and follows processes consistently.Ability to understand, analyze, and articulate common business processes and decisions to develop easy-to-use customer solutions.Corporate accounting knowledge (high-level understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.).Ability to troubleshoot without supervision.Ability to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirements .Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment.Outstanding MS Office skills, specifically with Excel.Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).Technical skills/background as it relates to software.Organized.Strong decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, self-starter.Excellent analytical skills .Ability to think fast on their toes .Ability to evaluate pros and cons.Prioritization skills.Comfortable communicating with all levels of management.Who We AreOneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further by steering the business to the future.
