The post holder will be responsible for a range of administration duties to support the Warwickshire, Solihull & Coventry NHS Breast Screening Programme and the symptomatic breast imaging service and will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, working on our busy reception desk in our Breast Unit and in our busy Admin Office.We are looking for someone who:* Has good interpersonal skills & experience of dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone;* Has the ability to learn several computer systems;* Pays good attention to detail;* Is well organized and self motivated;* Can multi-task;* Is a team player;* Is flexible.In return we offer:* A busy, friendly working environment;* An interesting and worthwhile role;* Regular training sessions;* Appraisal and personal development.Please note that sponsorship is not eligible for this position.Please be advised that the interviews for this post will take place on 04/09/2025.Closing Date: Please be advised that this job advert will close as soon as sufficient applications have been received.
