Quality Assurance Manager – Software / eCommerce Location: Yorkshire Industry: IT Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Benefits Posted: 27/06/2024 Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager, or Software Test Manager with experience in software development, application development, release management, and eCommerce, based in Leeds with a salary of 65K. Do you have extensive QA / Test Management experience? Have you managed complex IT transformations? Are you familiar with the challenges of bringing operations in-house and managing third-party relationships? Role Responsibilities: Manage QA processes across multiple IT domains including application development, e-commerce, client-facing systems, and internal business systems. Lead the QA team to meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement QA procedures, processes, and metrics. Ensure organization-wide adherence to QA standards. Maintain high-quality standards for software, products, and services. Identify and evaluate QMS-related policies and processes. Assist in QMS design and provide expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes.
