Qualified Social Worker, Safeguarding/CP/Court Team Pay rate: £39 per hour Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker for a Safeguarding/CP/Court Team in Blackburn with Darwen. Blackburn with Darwen Children’s Services, recently graded ‘good’ in its full ILACS Ofsted inspection, requires a full-time agency social worker to cover in its Safeguarding and Support service as soon as possible. The candidate should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Safeguarding/CP/Court work. Applicants must have a SWE registration and be a car driver. Previous experience with Protocol Liquid Logic is an advantage but not essential. Good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and caseload management skills are essential. The role involves both office-based and home working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, flexible as per service needs.
