This is a role where you will be responsible for creating impressive and functional custom home designs. You will be working on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration, giving you the chance to showcase your creative abilities and technical aptitude. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of architectural design principles, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design custom single-family residential home projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and comply with relevant regulations and standards.Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software like Revit and AutoCAD.Collaborate with client, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute design concepts and solutions effectively.Participate in all phases of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure the design vision is maintained throughout the construction process.Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in single-family residential architecture.QualificationsBachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Architecture or related field.5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on single-family residential or multifamily architecture.Proficiency in design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and excellent custom home designs.Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.A valid Architect license is preferred but not required.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architec to take their career to the next level.
