Job Title: Program Manager (PM) – III (General and Operations Managers) Job Responsibilities The PM shall conduct tours and briefings for Senior State and -level Leaders. The Contractor shall represent the MuTC – Cyber Program at various level working groups and planning conferences. The Contractor shall conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, Guard Bureau, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or a Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University. Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management or senior DoD experience, including roles as a military officer (O-6 or above) or senior NCO (E-8 or above), or as a DoD civilian at GS13 or higher, or equivalent defense industry experience working with senior DoD personnel. At least 2 years managing Cyber range or IT/OT Technology Programs. Knowledge of platform support and hardware related to the MuTC – Cyber Program. Additional Duties and Conditions The above description is not exhaustive. Incumbents will follow additional instructions and perform related duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time. Security and Work Environment An active TS/SCI security clearance is required throughout the contract. The work is primarily in an office setting, using standard office equipment. Physical demands include sitting for prolonged periods, lifting up to 15 pounds, and navigating organizational facilities.
