About This Opportunity: CareATC is looking for a Physician to work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care and occupational health. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.Exclusive Sign-On Bonus: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered exclusively to candidates who apply directly to CareATC. Candidates submitted through agencies or other third parties are not eligible.We are opening two new clinics in Charlottesville, VA. You will work with a team including a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, a physical therapist, a mental health professional, a registered dietitian, and medical assistants. The clinic is open Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. There is no call! Maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing great patient care!Occupational Health Services include:Conduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty examinationsEvaluate and manage work-related injuries and illnessesPerform DOT physicals and other regulatory examinations as requiredMaintain accurate occupational health records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOT)The CareATC Difference:Our unique model partners directly with the employer and does not use traditional fee-for-service health care.
