In this role, you will play a key role in managing the pricing strategy and data tools for Lime’s Street Operations. You will work closely with our local operations and technology teams to provide pricing recommendations and tools which optimize for profitability, efficiency and market competitiveness.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of financial principles and is passionate about working cross-functionally to solve operations problems at pace. 4+ years experience in business analytics with a proven track record of delivering financial/ operational benefit is a must. Specific experience setting pricing strategy and recommendations for labor or services is strongly advantageous.We are a remote first company! We welcome applications from anywhere in Europe within 120 minutes of a Lime Warehouse. This role requires occasional travel (~10%) to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings.What You’ll DoDevelop pricing strategy: Build Lime’s strategy to improve how Street Ops tasks are priced and simplify execution for operators, collaborating with business and technology (Product & Data Science) stakeholders from ideation to implementationOptimize pricing for Street Operations tasks: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of labor spend and performance via a data-led approachCollaborate and influence: Partner with local operations teams to understand market dynamics and land recommendations which are both profitable and benefit on-the-ground operations. Independently lead presentations and build documentation to influence senior stakeholders.Build data tools for local ops teams: Improve local operators visibility of pricing recommendations and their impact on key business outcomes through user-friendly dashboards and reportingAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience4+ years of experience in business analytics and strategy (focus in operations, pricing or equivalent), with proven track record of driving cost and operational improvementsExtremely strong proficiency in data analytics including advanced SQL, spreadsheet, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau)Strong understanding of financial principles and how labor pricing impacts operations as well as P&LHigh attention to detail, with focus on accuracy in pricing decisions and financial impactExcellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally (technology & business teams) and confidence presenting to senior stakeholdersOptimism and enthusiasm to solve problems in a fast-developing space, balancing real-time value realization with longer term strategyPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in developing pricing models and tooling for labor/services – particularly across multiple geographiesPrevious experience in a fast-paced scaling-up environmentIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
