Performance Marketing Manager | Brand Hackers £37-56k pro-rata for day-rates We build experienced, dynamic, and fractional teams that fit in like puzzle pieces – providing just the right knowledge and energy at the right time. We’re not your typical agency or a one-man show; we\’re a team of passionate professionals who eat, sleep, and breathe branding and marketing. Our diverse team of experts covers all marketing mix elements, from performance and social media to web development and beyond. With over 200 brands under our belt, our Brand Hackers have a treasure trove of shared experiences. This wealth of knowledge fuels our creativity and gives us the edge. We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 24 full-time people, along with an extended family of freelancers we work with regularly. We have some case studies we’re really proud of and a solid reputation (even if we say so ourselves). The Role: Performance Marketing Manager You’ll primarily focus on driving growth through data-driven campaigns and customer acquisition across Google, Meta, and potentially other paid channels. The ideal candidate has excellent understanding of digital channels, is an excellent communicator, and understands how paid marketing fits into the wider marketing mix. Responsibilities: End-to-end campaign ownership: Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth for primarily DTC brands across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok. Data-driven decision making: Use insights from performance metrics and dashboards to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaboration & stakeholder management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Founders and internal teams, to align campaign objectives and deliver impactful results. Innovation & Testing: Develop and implement testing plans to refine strategies and keep campaigns forward-thinking and effective. Account management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering results and providing strategic growth advice. Experience/Skills: Proven success in growth management, especially for DTC brands, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions. Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking software. Knowledge of SEO techniques and A/B testing to optimize campaign funnels and customer journeys. Experience managing and mentoring teams, focusing on development and performance improvement (preferred). Background working in fast-paced startup or agency environments (a plus). What we offer: This is a contract, freelance role, remote, starting ASAP. All team members are required to be available in London at least once every two weeks. Offers depend on location and experience; our salary brackets encompass a range, and offers will be made within that range.
